1. Booking a dive trip is similar to purchasing an airline ticket; we take full payment at the time of reservation. You have up to 30 days before the date of the dive trip to cancel and receive a voucher for a future dive trip or a full refund. Any cancellations made by you within 30 days of your dive trip date will be eligible for a refund on a case by case basis (less 20% service fee).
2. In the event that you wish to cancel an Individual dive for any reason, notice of cancelation must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day before your scheduled dive. A refund will only be issued if the space can be filled.
3. In the event that we cancel any individual dives during your trip on the account of weather or for any other reason, you will be offered the choice between a voucher or a full refund (less 10% service fee).
4. Island Divers Cozumel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime without refund if we deem a diver to be unsafe, irresponsible, disobedient toward marine park regulations, or are otherwise disrespectful to the crew or other guests.
